An Autumn Pasture


The horse grazes on one of the last warm days of an Indian summer.  The trees have shed most of their autumn foliage.  A few continue to hang on to the very end of the season.  Autumn hues are still visible.  Winter snows will arrive soon.  For now there is a tranquility to be savored.
